We Walk!
This Sunday, we will continue our walk through James.
Over these first five weeks of James, the wisdom has been in the context of the trials and testing of this secular (temporal) age.
This morning, I want to make sure we remember to what end!
The book of James is clear that these things are not meant to remain in the notebooks of our study. We must make the turn.
We are meant to be animated by these things; we are to then live for His glory as a witness to those around us. We are meant to proclaim the God who is good in the trial. His goodness in the testing is something we are called to herald. We have a hope that is confusing to the watching and waiting world, and so we are called to testify to it!
So then, therefore, today, whether the grass is green or the valley is dark, we cry out; we trust our Father! And we walk in the world of spiritual darkness, casting the light of eternal life! Let's tell someone!
By His Grace Alone!
