FINDING YOUR PLACE, PEOPLE, AND PURPOSE
We are so glad that you have decided to journey with us and we hope you feel at home here at Eternal Church.
Below are a few of the next steps that you may want to take to be more connected.  
These are also great opportunities to get to know others and be known by them.

Colossians 2:6–7: "So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

We care about the spiritual health and spiritual growth of our church body.  In addition to the teaching of God’s Word, one of the primary roles of the church is to equip the saints for ministry.  We see this as a blend of growing in discipleship SO THAT we are equipped to love and serve our neighbors like Christ.  There are a few ways we do this intentionally.  We’d encourage you to get connected in one or more of these ways.

Wednesday Night Discipleship
Our Wednesday night ministry is a vibrant part of our church life.  On Wednesday nights during the Fall and Spring, we offer a variety of discipleship opportunities for adults, usually 2 to 4 options, and simultaneously there is Greenhouse discipleship for kids (8 weeks – 5th grade).  This is a great opportunity to grow in the context of community.

Community Groups
This is an important part of our ministry at Eternal Church.  We believe life change happens best in the context of a small group that go deeper into God's Word, prayer for each other, and the breaking of bread and sharing of life together.  Consider joining a small group.

Volunteering
If you have a heart to serve and would like to plug in this way, we have regular opportunities to serve in Kid's Ministry, Hospitality on Sunday mornings, and in our worship ministry.  Take a look and see what draws your heart.

Outreach
A few times a year we organize outreach opportunities in our local context.  We identify needs in the greater community, gather in small teams, and head out to love and serve our neighbors practically.  This is a great way to serve and also get to know other church members.  Consider joining one of our upcoming opportunities.
