This Easter Sunday, we will gather to celebrate the Risen King. We’ll open to Luke’s Gospel and see how Jesus chose to spend the very first Easter. His decision might surprise you—He didn’t go to the temple or the palace. He met two discouraged disciples on the road, walking away in disappointment.
